⏳ 60-Day Return Window

You have 60 calendar days from the date your order is marked delivered to request a return.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all of the following must apply:

  • 🧴 Product is unopened and unused

  • 📦 Product is in its original packaging

  • 🧾 Valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided

⚠️ We do not accept returns for opened, used, or tampered products due to health and safety regulations, especially for ingestible supplements.

📦 Packaging Notice

Please note that product packaging may vary from the images shown on our website or social media.
Some product images are for illustrative and branding purposes only, and final physical packaging may differ slightly based on manufacturing batches or supplier updates.

🚫 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • We approved the return due to an error on our part

❌ We do not refund original shipping fees.
❌ We do not provide return labels for “change of mind” or non-defective products.

💌 How to Start a Return

Email us at info@made4creators.com with the following:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo evidence if item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once approved, we will send:

  • ✅ Prepaid return label (only if your item qualifies for free return shipping)

🚨 Do not return any product without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Return address will be provided after your request is approved.
We do not publish this publicly to ensure proper routing and handling.

🚨 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Items labeled “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

  • Gift cards

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Digital goods (eBooks, downloads, templates)

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage

💥 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll gladly offer:

🔄 Subscription Orders

Subscriptions can be canceled anytime before your next billing cycle.

  • Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next charge

  • Subscription items follow the same return rules (must be unopened, unused)

🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your delivery address is in the European Union, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, with or without a reason.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in original condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

💳 Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for refund processing
